under the direction of the Director of Communications or Dispatch Supervisor. Assist
with answering emergency and non-emergency phone calls.

Reflection: I would not like to be an ambulance dispatcher because all you do is answer phone calls. Yes they are emergency phone calls but I see no interest in sitting all day at work. It seems like a boring job in which you will get tired of doing the same thing over and over again.
