Reflection: I believe this quote means if you know a person does right be their friend because they'll be a good influence on you but when you know they are dong wrong either tell them or don't be with them because then it shows you that doing wrong is okay and it's not.

There is truly not a real explanation for April Fool's Day, in fact nobody really knows if the statements of why it came to be are true. 

April Fools day is said to be one of the most light-hearted days of the year people seem to believe its a celebration of a new calender and some celebrate for the turn of the seasons.

Pros and Cons of April Fool's Day 

Pro number one is you get to prank people 

Con number on is if prank people, you get pranked back

Pro number is if you like pranking it's a day for you to put in work for the prank world.

Con number two is you don't like pranking you have to be on your guard all day watching the people around you making sure their not up to anything sneaky.

Duties and Responsibilities: Medical Librarians locate medical literature and medical documents. The type of work they is usually in private businesses, public agencies and medical researchers.

Education: Masters Degree 

Reflection: I would not like to be a Health Sciences Librarian because I would rather out in the medical field doing the jobs they read and study about I would rather be the one who tries out the new methods the librarians find. 

This Week: An Emotional Roller coaster

This Week 

This week has been an emotional roller coaster the good things are that The Marquez Softball team that  I am a part of has 5-3 5 wins and 3 losses, last week we won all 3 of our games. The downs of the week are that I am constantly worrying about one specific person in my family the worry of losing someone is very hard to deal with and not knowing when you're going to lose them is even worse. I have tried my hardest to stay strong for my little brother but these past few days I have not been that person. My family is sticking together in this hard time but some people don't understand when it is the correct time to talk about certain topics and don't respect the fact that we are about lose someone very close to all our hearts. I am very impatient with them but I never tell them anything because I know it is not the right time to start an argument of any sort.

Reflection: I believe this quote means that you only get these certain opportunities if you do what's right. I don't really agree with this quote because some people get their freedom by doing something that is not right sometimes you disobey in order to not do something.

Saint Patrick born in 387 A.D in Great Britain,United Kingdom converted the Irish to Christianity.

The purpose of St. Patrick's day is to celebrate Roman Catholic Feast Day and as well to celebrate the life ending day of Saint Patrick.

St. Patrick's Day is on March 17 because that is the day St. Patrick Died. 

It is a custom to wear shamrocks or the color green on St. Patrick's day because he used a shamrock to explain the holy trinity to the pagan of Irish.  

Video Summary

This video has a lot of meaning it shows how people change just because of one nice thing that happened. Justin saw how he changes because of that one game and admits that before he would not have thought of doing that.

Volunteer Opportunities

Volunteer Opportunities 

Children's Hospital Los Angeles has had over 500 volunteers each year volunteer in different parts of the hospital.

The volunteers at Children's Hospital usually assist in hospital play rooms and also at the bedside of the child who is in care of the hospital. They play board games, and read to the children ( requires 10 hours of individual training). The volunteers at Children's hospital are not allowed to shadow nurses or doctors and are not allowed to take vital signs or observe procedures.

Reflection: I believe this quote means that lots of people think it's okay to cheat because they think it won't cause pain and that it's doing good to them but it's not true if you cheat it can cause lots of problems in the future that could make your life miserable.

Reflection: The quote means that if you tell yourself you won't cheat you'll have a less chance of cheating, I believe this because if you tell yourself something other than another person telling it to you you'll have more of a chance listening to yourself than to anybody else.

Reflection: I would like to be an oncologist because it seems as if you always have something to do. You get to work with patients and get to tell them what they will need to be able to treat whatever they have.

Duties and Responsibilities: Heliotherapy has become a key treatment for Tuberculosis, exposure to sunlight can kill the bacteria. Heliotherapy is the use of natural sunlight, the term is also applied to the use of artificial sources of ultraviolet rays, visible or infrared light radiation.

Education: 

Reflection: I would not like to be a heliotherapist because it can be a dangerous job if you think about it, you having to work with Radiation and lots of UV lights can cause things such as cancer. So I would not consider this a job I want to have

Reflection: It doesn't matter how much money someone has it matters how much you a care about someone. Your family is one thing that shows money doesn't matter an example is on christmas even if people couldn't buy presents you still spend it together

Education: Bachelors Degree, Must complete a brief period of on the job training. 

Reflection: I wouldn't mind being a health educator, it would make me be proud of being in that type of job because you get people to make healthier choices for their well being.
